Germaben II is a liquid broad spectrum preservative system. The active ingredients have been solubilized in propylene glycol. This allows them to be added to formulations with incredible ease. Germaben II is ready-to-use in any emulsion with an oil phase of about 25% or less and water soluble formulations. This makes it great for lotions, scrubs, shampoos, washes, soaps and more. Our wholesale Germaben II is heat sensitive which means it should be added to the water phase or to the emulsified portion of the formulation at a temperature of no greater than 138°F or below. Adding Germaben II above 138°F could result in a compromised preservative system in your product. This preservative is compatible with most cosmetic ingredients. Recommended use levels: 0.3 - 1%. Excellent to use in Doctor’s office!
Many people are allergic to alcohol, so I make both non-alcoholic Hand sanitizer, n massage oils. We tested this product in the lab and it stood up to every germ in the office! I highly recommend this product as a nurse!

Best price for this tried and true preservative. You only need a little bit to protect your customers from the danger of spoiling products.

Great preservative!
This preservative is great for lotions. It doesn't have any funky smell like other preservatives. I have used optiphen before and I ended up adding more scent than I usually do because of its strong smell.
If you use this preservative just make sure to waut your mix cools down to around 140 F. I will definitely buy it again! -
