Suggested Usage
Vigorously mix 1-2 level tablespoons daily into at least 12 oz of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.

Great Dietary Supplement
While it takes getting used to, while trying to seriously cut back on regular dietary intake, this product helps maintain normal digestive track function.

Great cleanser
I've used the 1 lb 'NOW' whole psyllium husks for years. Works well for me, especially when I slowly build up to the desired dosage. I use 2-3 tablespoons once or twice daily. (Not sure why they refer to it as "vegetarian", since by nature all whole psyllium husks are vegetarian! ???)
I buy at least 8-10 lbs per purchase and that lasts for over a year. Bulk Apothecary was the best (recent price) for whole psyllium husks. I do shop around each time I buy and B. A. was, at least this time around, by far the best price going. -
Best value for those seeking soluble fiber
I've been using this product for a couple of years. It's a great way to affordably increase my intake of soluble fiber. Two benefits of this product: regularity and reduced cholesterol. I use it every day, and suggest it for those with gastric issues. PS. Bulk Apothecary has the best price for this product (I shop around).
