Gobi Gold Cold Process Soap Loaves / Bars
Loaf Size: Each Loaf is approximately 3 lbs. and measures 3.5" x 2.25" x 10". We then precut each loaf to 1" thick bars yielding 10 - 3.5" x 2.25" x 1" bars of soap weighing roughly 4.8oz.
Our Gobi Gold soap loaves are hand-crafted right here in the USA by master artisans using the highest quality ingredients to ensure each bar is a premium product that your customer will love. Each of our loaves are precut to 1" bars and then the entire loaf is wrapped to make packaging our soaps with your custom label quick and simple. In addition to our standard products we also offer custom sizes, colors, etc. on orders of 250 loaves or more.
Description: Very complex blend. Must try! Sweet orange and plumeria with patchouli, amber, vanilla, atop about a dozen other fragrances. Contains activated charcoal.

Half a loaf of colour, half a loaf of boring.
Alright. I understand that the soaps often do not look exactly like the photo, but I literally got five bars with swirls, and five pale yellow bars with absolutely none. I'm disappointed. The colour is what makes the soap interesting. I guess I could try to sell it on ebay. Not happy with this loaf.

Gobi Gold
When I received my loaf of soap it had been outside for a while and was soft. I let it sit inside for a while before unwrapping and it firmed back up. I did receive a loaf that had lots of marbling and I am happy with it. The biggest thing is is smells clean. It lathered well for my hair and on my skin. I could not be happier with it. It made my skin feel so soft. I am really excited to see what my other family members think of it.

Love the smell, but
I LOVE the smell of this soap!!!! So much so that I asked about there being a separate fragrance oil for it. There isn’t one :( Fragrance aside, this soap isn’t cured long enough - actually none of these cold processed soaps are because I’ve tried other fragrances and had the same issue. They are soft to begin with and when I shower with them they begin to just melt with continued use. So much so that when I get down to a small amount that I should still be able to shower with, it’s just a blob of soapy goo. It’s not a one off either because someone left a similar review in 2018. PLEEAAASE cure the soaps longer, I love this stuff!

Beautiful Colors
The scent is as beautiful as the color. Sold a bunch, gave as gifts and used myself. I will definitely buy again.

Cool colors, not cured long enough before packing
The colors and patterns in the soap are quite dramatic. The scent is nice, no issues there.
My issue with the soap is that it was packaged too soon. The soap was still too damp and sticky. I had to recut much of the 40-bar order to get the bars apart. Much of what did come apart without my cutting had chunks stuck from other bars so many bars have pits in them and I had to shave and smooth off the chunks stuck to other bars. The batch is now in my curing cabinet to dry and harden more.
