Straight Soap Cutter

so , i bought this cutter / scrapper when i ordered thee 10lb block of african black soap (amazing soap). i was a little nervous and intimidated by how much larger the block was than the cutter, but i have to say, it cut right through that soap like it was butter. it also has has a firm solid feel on the whole. blade was not wobbly and the handle fit my hand well

I priced these out at other places some were within 1 to 2 dollars but I was ordering here and thought they have the best price that is a fact. So Im sure it will do the job, no problem,

Easy to use. Sharp edge makes clean cuts when making bars of soap. Good for trimming also.

This is a lifesaver when cutting a large block of soap base. Cuts the soap base like butter and is easy on the hands vs. using a knife. Everybody needs to have one of these. It's also great for cutting the individual soaps or trimming.

This cutter is versatile and comfortable to use, and the blade is definitely sharp, but I don't agree that its the "best cutter on the market." The packaging shows its a vegetable chopper. Also, with repeated use in the miter box with harder soaps, the thin blade bends. Its a decent cutter for a home hobbyist, but serious soap makers will want to pass on this one or buy multiple so they have a backup. I've already had to replace mine after just a few weeks of use.

I just received but wouldn't wanna go without it no more..it works amazing

The grip is very comfortable in my hand, unlike some I've tried, which gives me good control over the cuts I make. The edge is sharp and there are units right on the blade, so I can measure the cuts. This is going to be a well-used tool.
