Instructions and Live Chat

All products should come with a recommended ratio of mixing. In this case- Base to water ratio. If you ask Live chat they are outsourced live agents and can only make a ticket for you. They did refer me to the "Blog" but it is not recipes using Bulk Apothecary bases. Why is it so difficult to just include instructions on your website and with the product?

This is a very good soap base product. However, it creates bubbles when diluted with water. Any suggestion?

It would have been better if you at least sent the basic instructions on the products. It would be more specific by ounces. I was also asking in the chat, and lizzy took care of me, she helped me in what she could, but she left the chat room without telling me she was leaving, and without me having finished my questions.

Good soap base

This soap base is great for foaming hand soaps. It's very thick and dilutes well without becoming watery. I tried using a store bought brand and it was too watery and didn't foam well. I'll stick with this soap base. Excellent product.

I purchased the foaming handsoap and for some reason I didn't see the section where it was labeled underneath a different name. Called customer service it was great sent me a new bottle. Figured what the heck Midas well try it out in one of my soap bottles. It was very thick so I added water and it foamed. Called customer service about it and they said water was needed. There were no instructions listed for this product. Rep also said that the ratio is 3 parts (3pumps) to one part water. I put three pumps and filed the rest of the bottle up with water and it was the perfect soap. My suggestion for this company is to add product instructions and mixing ratios on this site or in with packaging. Otherwise great product

Great soap base

I purchased a gallon of this soap base and added my own essential oils. We use it for our personal hand soap at home and it works good. I add almond oil as well to give it extra softening agents. Great product! I am ordering another gallon today.
