No scent retention for me
I used this in CP soap at my standard 4% of total soap. That is what I have used for most other FO & EO with great scent retention after cure. With this one there is nothing detectable after 4 weeks of cure time. Another reviewer mentioned needing a lot to scent soap but I missed that review before I soaped with it. Maybe if I used 6% or so it might work but then it becomes a more expensive product to use.

My best selling scent
Behaves wonderfully in cold process soap. It's my customer #1 favorite, both men & women love the scent. It's a perfect blend of patchouli and cedarwood. Plus points that it's all natural!

Not my scent but my husband likes it.
I find this oil to smell like wet dirt but my husband thinks it smells earthy and nice. I mixed with equal parts sweet orange oil and I think that vastly improves the scent. Hopefully, I can use it mixed in some products for men.

It's ok~ It has too much of a patchouli scent. I was hoping for a little more of a cedar wood spice scent.

I must say i don't like patchouli but i keep in mind that my customers do. I blended this in HP soap with sweet orange EO and it is one of my best sellers men buy it and women buy it for their men. Sells faster than my dupes. Surprising!

The Best Patchouli Blend I've Found
I know tons of people that love patchouli, but I always say it's a love or hate relationship. I really wanted something all natural to have on my line but patchouli is SO expensive. I order a sample of this stuff and it is phenomenal. I love it and I don't even like patchouli! It definitely has TRUE patchouli scent in it, but the cedarwood gives it such a great switch up. I'm so excited I found this. This one is a keeper!

A Patchouli hater no more
I once vowed I would never make any products with patchouli, but customers were requesting it. Being brave, I tried the patchouli cedarwood, after reading the product description and reviews. This is selling faster than I can make it and I actually like the fragrance and am slowly changing my opinion of patchouli. I just finished my 2nd, 10 pound batch. I color my soap with copper, beige and brown mica. It soaps beautifully.
