Smells good, didn't sell well
I think the smell is great, but it didn't last much in my cold process soap. I think this would be better used as an aftershave scent. Love that it's all natural though.

Not too heavy. It was a nice smell.

I thought smell would be a little softer. I will make blend to get the scent I want.

aftershave
If you like the scent of aftershave (I think someone did mention old spice) then you will love this. Personally I was looking for a deeper, more woodsy, spicier scent. Don't love it

Smells like Vitabath original, and I love that
The smell I get most is balsam fir needle. I was expecting something sweeter and warmer, more like Old Spice. It's not QUITE as green as Vitabath original, but if you are familiar with that you'll recognize the smell. And since balsam fir essential oil costs about five times as much, this might be an inexpensive substitute.

Quickly became the favorite
I ordered this to add fragrance to the butters I have been making without using essential oils and as soon as I took the cap off, my roommate fell in love with the fragrance. So far it is most favored woth people mixed with rose otto, but one person love it with lemongrass. It also stands alone well. I foresee a reorder at a larger quantity.

Great for simple perfume
A few drops mixed 50/50 with any carrier oil and you have a wonderful, mysterious, sensual perfume! I will enjoy making some new blends with this. I think it will be an excellent base note.
