Scrumptious.
OOB, this fragrance oil truly smells good enough to eat. A pure gourmand scent without being cloying, artificial or overly sweet, it plays beautifully with unrefined cocoa butter in my natural formulations.

Smells like Butter and Vanilla
The scent is exactly as I expected like butter and vanilla.

Fades in CP, works great in HP
This discolors in soap, but not as much as I'd expect: at 2%, it's barely noticeable. I couldn't get it to stick in CP, even at 5%, but it smells strong in Hot Process at 2%, and strong in body butter. It does smell more artificial to my nose than I expected, but smell is subjective.

AMAZING SCENT - better than regular vanilla
This smell is incredible. It smells like a natural, sweet vanilla. Doesn't smell chemically. Smells sweet but in a delicious way. Behaved great in cold process soap. Would be great for body butter, bath bombs & soap. Definitely repurchasing and happy that it's all natural!

Smells like vanilla buttercream.
Wasn't sure if I wanted my CP soap to smell like frosting so I added Orange EO. Wow!! Can you say orange cremsicle? Blended beautifully, smells amazing and now I still want to eat my soap! Thanks a lot!

Expected More, Still Good
Not as sweet and strong as I wanted it to be, it reminds me a lot of the scent of sunscreen, but still very good, especially since it is 100% natural! I will mix with other scents to enhance sweetness and give it more depth, I may buy again, but I also want to try the vanilla black currant. This is definitely light and buttery though!Haven't tried it in my CP soap yer, this review is purely on fragrance when opened. Will update later if I remember to.

Use a little more
Out of the bottle this smells fantastic. One of the best. It is more buttery than vanilla and smells like a great pastry fresh from the oven. There is a downside... when I add it to my soap, I have to use about 50% more to make it really come through. Because this fragrance is on the expensive side, there’s a little less bang for the buck. But if you’re looking for the scent of a rich, delicious pastry, this is the one. It’ll make your mouth water.
