Many people ask us what makes our oils so much different from the competition. The little known secret is that many large suppliers of fragrances dilute their oils with cheaper carriers to increase their profit margin. This is often done at the manufacturing level and allows some suppliers to sell their product at prices that are occasionally lower than our wholesale price. These elevated carrier levels drastically affect product quality and In many cases will force you to use as much as 5-10 times the fragrance oil that you would need with our top quality oils. Our Old Spice Fresh (our version of) fragrance oil can typically scent much more product than any other supplier we’ve evaluated. That’s the Bulk Apothecary difference!

Not the same smell anymore
I have used this smell a lot, it's on of my best selling. However they changed the blend and it now smells like a fall scent. Bought 4 bottles thinking it was a simple mistake and it wasn't they were all the same. Very disappointed. It was my favorite for my beard oil.

Not the same smell anymore
this is one of my best selling smells, the last 4 bottles that i purchased have a completely different smell. thought it was just a bad batch and ordered more and still, smells like a fall fragrance. Very upset and wish it would go back to original smell.

It's perfect!
I'm so impressed with this product! Recently, I found a recipe online for homemade Old Spice aftershave and began to gather the ingredients. Bulk Apothecary's Old Spice-scented essential oil smells great--just like the classic aftershave from years past and not like the harsh substitute now sold in stores. The homemade aftershave turned out really well; my husband and I are both very happy with how this project turned out.

Making good on an empty bottle
I recently ordered a few oils from Bulk Apothecary. When the package arrived at my home, the .5oz bottle of old spice fresh scent was empty. Long story short- I contacted customer service and a replacement bottle arrived three days later. Not only does Bulk Apothecary carry great products at friendly prices, they also have a
wonderful customer support staff. It's a 'lock' that Bulk Apothecary is the only place to get essential oils and supplies. Bravo B.A.! -

Smells just like Old spice from years ago, PERFECT made soap and sold the whole batch if 36 out is 30 minutes. Did Hot process, so not sure how well it will work in Cold process, I will keep you posted

Men of all ages love it
I use this in my cold processed soap and men and boys love it. The kids would die if they knew what it was. It has a spicing sent that is not overpowering.
